Francesca Farago, known for her appearances on reality TV shows like “Too Hot to Handle” and “Perfect Match,” shared her second-trimester pregnancy experiences with PEOPLE at the POSSE Pride Party on June 6. The event took place at The Viper Room in Hollywood, where Farago attended with her fiancé, Jesse Sullivan.
Challenges during pregnancy
During the interview, Farago candidly shared her pregnancy experiences, noting, “I am not getting much sleep—I wake up every 30 minutes to pee,” with a chuckle. Despite these challenges, she maintains a positive outlook, affirming that everything is “going well.”
Moreover, Farago shed light on the unexpected facets of pregnancy, remarking, “There are many surprises and unforeseen challenges that come with being pregnant. It’s a learning process every day.”
Nonetheless, she expresses feeling more like herself during this trimester and remains hopeful for smooth sailing in the remaining months of her pregnancy.
Support from Jesse Sullivan
During Farago’s pregnancy, Sullivan has been incredibly supportive. He takes on household chores without hesitation, from cooking and cleaning to tending to their animals. He empathizes with Farago’s challenges, noting how tough the first trimester was for her, when even getting out of bed was a struggle. However, he’s noticed a positive shift lately, as Farago is beginning to regain her energy and feel more like her usual self again.
The couple has chosen to keep the names of their upcoming child under wraps for now, teasing that they’re adorable picks. However, they hinted at unveiling them before the baby arrives, suggesting they might wait until closer to the due date. Ms. Farango playfully remarked, “I just don’t want to jinx anything,” hinting at their excitement tempered with cautious optimism.
An exhilarating declaration
Farago and Sullivan shared their excitement on Instagram in March, revealing their unexpected news of expectancy. Following a blood test, the couple received a surprisingly early confirmation, with the positive result emerging just a week later. Initially in disbelief, she expressed shock at the swift revelation, as they hadn’t anticipated such swift news.
The POSSE Pride Party, in support of LGBTQ activism led by GLAAD, became a vibrant hub for new parents to share their experiences. Among the attendees were prominent figures such as Meredith Marks from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Naomi Smalls from Drag Race, adding star power to the event. Erika Jayne, a notable personality from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, seized the moment to debut her latest song, “Dominos,” in the presence of her fellow Bravo cast members, further elevating the celebration.
Farago and Sullivan’s pregnancy journey is a mix of hurdles and delights, yet they eagerly anticipate embracing their new arrival, buoyed by their unwavering mutual support.
